Free & Subsidized Memberships

Providing access to fitness classes and recovery-focused programming for 100+
individuals

Recovery-focused Fitness Classes

Including CrossFit, functional strength training, boxing, and kickboxing

Peer support & Community Circles

Weekly gatherings that integrate movement, accountability (service commitments) and
recovery principles

Mentorship Program

Pairing individuals in early recovery with trained peer mentors

Workforce Development

Coaching apprenticeships, certifications, and leadership opportunities
